Healthy breakfast ideas if you are running late for school/work

Today,Im going to give you 5 healthy lunches/breakfast side dish ideas that are easy to make if you are running late for work/school.I know we all get late in the morning and I hope these life saving ideas will help you πŸ˜€ Avoid eating ready made fast food which are not good for health,some top healthy ideas are listed below πŸ™‚

#1 : Pre-made smoothie

It is so easy to make,you just need to put some plain yogurt into ice cube trays and put it in the fridge overnight.You will need some fruits of your choice & some Ziploc bags.You need to cut the fruits into small pieces and add 1 frozen yogurt cube into each bag.You can create a ton of these with different fruit combinations & flavors for different days in a week.Then when you wake up in the morning,you just pour of the bag into the blender & add 1 cup of any liquid that you prefer.Blend until smooth & you have your smoothie.It takes only 5 mins to take your smoothie pack out of the fridge & blend it:D

#2 Pre made Salads
Salads are very healthy and also very quick to make.If you do not have that much time,you can choose a variety of fruits/vegetables/nuts etc according to your taste,wash/cut it and put it in a mason jar the night before[preferably just before going to sleep without any salad dressing,sauce etc and do not store for more than 1 night].In the morning,just remove your mason jar from the fridge , add your favorite salad dressing
and shake it πŸ˜€ This quick & easy salad is perfect for breakfast or lunch πŸ™‚

Now if you have a little more time in the morning,you can prepare it in the morning itself,it’s better πŸ™‚

#3 Super fast & healthy Sand witches πŸ™‚

The most common breakfast food is usually sandwitches.Sandwitches can be a bit time consuming & it’s better to cut some of the ingredients/veggies the night before to save time.Check out these healthy sandwitches that you can make.[U can use it on toast or other as well]

#4 Overnight Oats
Simply pour some raw oats into a mason jar,add milk ,syrup or any other ingredients that you like.Mix well & put it in the refrigerator overnight,it’s going to soak into the oats,soften them up & when you get it out the next morning,you can just add some fresh berries or any fruits and it’s ready πŸ˜€



#5 Grab & go breakfast ideas

Sometimes,when we are desperately very very late for school or work,we don’t even have 5 mins to eat breakfast which is very bad.Breakfast should never be skipped and even if we are super late,it’s important to eat something.So here are some ‘grab & go breakfast ‘ (as I called them) that you can grab & eat it on the way to school/work.Be sure to choose the healthy ones πŸ˜€ For example: grab a banana and a cereal bar instead of a cookie or try a fruit instead of chips πŸ™‚ And why not a bowl of cereal with milk instead of a cake

  1. I’ve been making smoothies for breakfast, it really has changed how I start my day. Love your other ideas especially the salads. Wondering what specifically you put in your smoothies? Can you share some of your recipes?!

    1. You can put whatever you like. Either you are making a green smoothie or a regular one. Simply pick the fruits you like & blend it all with yogurt(I use yogurt) with your favorite flavorings. I even use vegetables once which I didn’t really like but you can still use it or create delicious smoothies according to your taste πŸ˜€ I’ll try to do a post on my recipes very soon πŸ™‚ Thanks for reading
