Happy tips :)

Hello guys 🙂 So how are you all 😀

So today Im going to give you some happy pills xD
So let’s get started !

#1 Write out a short-list of the simple things that give you pleasure and makes you happy ! Don’t be too harsh on yourself

#2 Get 10 minutes of sun a day. ( But don’t forget to protect yourselves with sunglasses..)

#3 Make happiness a priority. Even when you are sad,try to be positive & don’t worry be happy 🙂

#4 Set happy goals.

#5 Socialise and interact with others as much as
possible.Be with postive & inspiring people

#6 Live a healthy life

#7 Control what you can control. Accept what you
can’t control. And learn to be wise enough to know the

#8 When something goes wrong try to figure out a solution instead of wallowing in self pity

#9 It’s also important to take some time each day to do something nice for yourself.

#10 You can do it ! 🙂
